Finding the beat.

Please complete the following information to request media credentials for an upcoming live event at the Ford Wyoming Center.

The deadline to submit media requests is a minimum of 10 days in advance of the show. If interested in a multi-run show, requests must be submitted 10 days in advance of the first performance date.

Approvals are at the discretion of the event/tour publicist and are received approximately 24–48 hours prior to the show date. If your media outlet is approved to cover an event, a representative from the Marketing Department at the Ford Wyoming Center will provide you with media policies and other pertinent show details as soon as possible.
